After two months of living in Manila, Andi Eigenmann, partner Philmar Alipayo, and daughter Ellie are back in their island home in Siargao. This is also the first time of Lilo, Andi and Philmar's one-month-old baby, in the island.

In an Instagram story posted a few days back, the new mother of two gives an update on the construction of her soon-to-be home. The house appears to be a two-story structure.

In an interview with Andi last June 22, the part-time actress revealed that they were already building the house with their kids in mind. In fact, Ellie has her own room in the house.

Andi says, "I did have kids in mind for the house already. Like I wanted a play area and Ellie to have the type of room she wants, so that she'd love being there more. But she loves it there. She cries every time we have to go to Manila."

Ellie is Andi's seven-year-old daughter with former boyfriend Jake Ejercito.

Andi first posted about her future island home in February 2019. At the time, the construction was in its initial stages.

Andi and her daughter Ellie moved to Siargao early this year, where Andi's partner Philmar is based. Prior to Siargao, she was residing in Baler, Aurora. She moved out of Manila in 2017.
