Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes have already confirmed their split less than a month after the two stars admitted that they are together.

According to the information gathered by PEP.ph on September 30, it was Derek who broke off the relationship. The entertainment website tried to get a statement from the him about the breakup, but he had declined to comment on it.

“I'm sorry but I don't want to talk about it," he had said in a text message sent to PEP.ph’s senior staff writer Nerissa Almo.

Both Derek and Cristine, who starred together in the movie No Other Woman, have admitted that their sudden transition from friends to lovers took them both by surprise. The two stars weren’t shy about sharing details of their romance, with the actor posting a photo of him kissing Cristine on the lips, which was uploaded on social media site Instagram on August 31. According to an article from ABS-CBNNews.com, rumors of the couple's breakup emerged after Derek changed his Instagram username from "kingderekramsay" to "kidlatramsay11." Consequently, Cristine has also changed her Twitter handle from "QueenCKRamsay" to "@AwesomeQueenCk."
