In one of the biggest events in local showbiz in 2010, Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid made sweet music when they finally tied the knot. The wedding was a long-awaited event for the couple and their families and friends. Earlier last year, Ogie's petition for annulment of his first marriage (to Michelle Van Eimeren) was granted, and plans for the year-end wedding started.
Terrazas de Punta Fuego became paradise on earth as noted stylists Teddy Manuel and Badang Rueda decorated the grounds with lush floral arrangements in pretty pastels. The couple pooled together well-known wedding suppliers, like Penk Ching, Events Manila, Hitched Weddings, Juan Carlo the Caterer, and Print Divas for their dream affair. One of the much-talked about wedding detail was Regine's red wedding dress made by Pinoy fashion designer Monique Lhuillier, who has made waves in the international scene. Not to be outdone, Ogie wore a suit by Randy Ortiz.
