Everyone knows what it’s like to have a teroristang boss. Nice bosses—yes, they exist—bring a different set of cards to the table. According to a study, they make their employees feel even more dedicated to their job and create a culture that drives employee engagement up. The extent of their niceness can range from giving you work perks and extra vacation time to simply treating you with respect and kindness.
