Hashtag #MyResignationSpeech trended on Twitter on March 4, thanks to radio's The Morning Rush Show by Monster RX 93.1. 

While the long-running show's engagement with its audience has long been powerful, even non-listeners are now using the hashtag to share their own takes, showing how work burnout during the pandemic has never been as relatable.

It's unsure whether these tweets are either based on prior experiences, some sort of speech that they're currently practicing for an impending resignation, or just a shout into the void.

Nonetheless, there are lessons to be learned here, so you can use them from for future reference (or even in the present, if you're that convinced about quitting).

On doing it for mental health's sake

On knowing your worth

On how it's not really about the money

On fair treatment

On not having learned enough

On quitting to pursue another dream
