Through Maynilad’s online payment portal

Visit Maynilad My Water Bill. If you haven’t signed up yet, click Enroll Now on the right side of the page. You’ll need to input details such as the contract account number on your previous billing statement, the registered account name, contact info, your chosen password, and the validation code that will be sent to your e-mail.

You’ll be able to view your payment history for the past months, check your billing summary, and settle the pending amount online. To pay, link your enrolled bank account. 

Through banking apps and websites

Maynilad’s accredited banks include Bancnet, BDO, Metrobank, BPI, China Bank Savings, Eastwest, Landbank, Bank of Commerce, Security Bank, UCPB, RCBC, PSBank, and UnionBank.

Log on to your bank’s website or download their app, select Pay Bills, look for Maynilad, type in the necessary details, and settle the amount. 

Through the Bayad Center app

Open the app, tap on Pay Bills, and search for Maynilad. Type in your contract account number, the amount due, and your contact number. You can choose to pay via e-wallet, credit card, or debit card. Review the details, then click Proceed.

Through e-wallets

If you prefer e-wallets, you can also use Paymaya, GCash, Coins, GrabPay, and Smart Money to settle your Maynilad bill. 

For Paymaya, tap on Pay Bills. Choose Maynilad as the biller, then input your account number and the amount due. Review the info and click Pay.

For GCash, tap on Pay Bills. Select Water Utilities and choose Maynilad as the biller. Enter your contract account number, account name, amount, and e-mail. Then confirm your payment. 

For Coins, tap on Pay Bills. Scroll down to Water Utilities and choose Maynilad. Enter the contract account number and amount. Review everything and finish.

For GrabPay, tap on Bills. Choose Maynilad from the list. Type in your account number and the amount. Review and complete the payment.

For Smart Money, go to Smart Menu and click on Smart Money. Select Pay Bills, then click on Others. Input Maynilad’s biller code and the billing account number. Click on the source account, enter the amount, and type in the W-PIN. You’ll receive a confirmation message.
