Instead of focusing on tingi goals, why not look at the bigger picture? Having something huge to look forward to is like having a destination to your journey. It doesn’t matter if it’s hard to accomplish or if it initially seems impossible—what matters is that you’re traveling with a purpose.

4. Your negative mindset

Being grounded is good, but focusing on defeat never helps anyone. Quit being a fatalist and instead allow yourself to be excited by the uncertainty of your future, because if you only give the Universe a chance to work its magic, it will help you get everything that you have always wanted. Live in positivity, and the world will follow.

5. Your toxic friends

There will always be people who will seem nice, but are actually sucking your hopes and dreams dry by convincing you that they can never come true. Cliché as it is, the old adage holds true: no one and nothing is perfect. Even the most well-thought-out plans will have glitches, and even the most well-planned lives will always hit roadblocks. Allow yourself to make mistakes and stop thinking about being control of everything that happens around you, because newsflash—you never are. You can only prepare so much for what’s going to happen, and as for the rest, you’ll need to learn to ride the wind where it takes you. Relax, take a deep breath, and accept your faults, because your imperfections make you the wonderful person that you are.
