1. Maintain eye contact, but never stare.

Follow the 10-second rule: While being asked or answering a question, maintain eye contact and break it off from time to time to look at your notes or to give yourself a breather.

2. Be interactive.

Nodding, smiling, and having a look of interest are great add-ons to your perfect posture. It makes you look like you’re giving the interviewer or interviewers your full attention and focus.

3. Keep your face hands-free.

Leaning your head on your palm is too cutesy for a job interview, so this is a big no-no. Touching your nose or lips gives off a vibe that you might be lying, and it’s also not very hygienic.
