Instead of turning in an ordinary resignation letter, 25-year-old Marina Shifrin decided to leave the video company she works for with a bang by—of all things—making a video of an interpretative dance that aims to let her boss know she’s quitting. And it’s not just her boss who got the memo: almost 11,100,000 people from all over the world did so too barely a week after she posted it on YouTube.
