Dimples Romana just opened a restaurant in Singapore with her business partners-at 18 Teck Lim Road, to be exact. It's called Alegria Singapura and they serve non-traditional Latin-Asian food. In January 2021, the actress posted about the restaurant on Instagram, writing, "Never in our wildest dreams did we ever imagine @boyetahmee (Boyet Ahmee) and I will have a business venture outside of the Philippines and a posh restaurant in Singapore at that...2021 is all about going international, bringing Filipino food and culture to the world."
Later that same month, Dimples gave her followers a sneak peek of the restaurant, her first business venture outside of the country!

Alegria Singapura officially opened their doors on April 22 2021! Here's what it looks like inside:
Some of the dishes on their menu include tacos and elote, of course.
Called Koreana, this taco has prawn, ssajmjang aioli, esquites, kimchi, and cottija.
