With Christmas coming soon, malls, restaurants, and parks will surely be crowded. If you’re tired of your usual date night, here are some ideas you can try this holiday season.

Have a movie marathon.

Bring all your Christmas movies out and have a movie marathon undisturbed. Make some popcorn, have dinner in the living room, and just enjoy the time you have with your man. For a more romantic feel, watch Love Actually, The Holiday, or the classic rom-com Sleepless in Seattle.

Relax in a bathtub filled with Yuletide scents.
Take a dip in a tub filled with sweet, enticing scents. If you don’t have a tub, you can still get into the Christmas spirit by lighting up a few scented candles, so you can relax while you and your guy snuggle in between the sheets.

Make a fort and cuddle up.
Who says only kids can build forts? Gather up all your pillows and comforters and build a fort! If you have kids, this is also the perfect way to have some alone time with your partner–bring snacks and mini games inside.

Travel together.

Whether you plan to go on a road trip to Tagaytay or just want to cruise along the streets of Metro Manila, take time to bond with your significant other this Christmas season. Watch the lights along Ayala Avenue or BGC or drive through your favorite McDonald's branch and tell your man, "#PaCheeseburgerKaNaman." It's simple moments like this that really make an impact on your relationship.

Have a candlelit dinner.
Even though you know you’re not a professional chef, he’ll appreciate the effort you put into making the meal. Decorate your dining area with anything that will remind him of you two. Also, try not to bring your phones with you to the table so you two can really converse and spend time together.
