Cheaters, beware! There is now a site that can tell if your significant other (or vise versa) is on the dating app, Tinder. The website, Swipe Buster can identify if someone was using Tinder based on their name, age, gender, and location.
So how does it work? According to Vanity Fair, users need to fill up the search field with the first name, age, and location of anyone whom they want to check up on. After that, the site then recovers the data from Tinder’s (public) application programming interface, or A.P.I., which holds all of this information about its users. At that point, the site will display a list of users who fit the criteria–even allowing the users to see their photos and if ever they’re looking for other men and women to hook up with.
Scary, right? Well, only if you’re guilty of cheating.
