Truth: While there are some relationships worth saving, there are also some that are just not worth another shot. Here are signs you should totally cut off ties with your ex.
He won't take responsibility for what he did wrong.
If your man wants to get back together with you but doesn’t want to apologize for anything that he did wrong, that's a red flag. Not owning up to his mistakes only shows that he doesn’t respect you or value your relationship.
This isn’t the first time you two broke up.
Again, on and off relationships can be exhausting. It may seem scary to detach from your special someone, but if both of you are not becoming better persons when you’re with each other and you can’t help but argue about the same things over and over again, then it’s probably better to split up.
Some people you know are against your relationship.
If most of the people you know are apprehensive about the guy you’re dating, you should think twice before continuing to pursue the relationship. It’s not because they don’t want you to be happy, but because they might see something you choose not to like his bad habits or non-negotiable qualities.
You can’t trust him completely.
Did he cheat? Does he have a history of lying to you? If yes, then why would you want to get back together with him? Relationships are built on trust. If your man isn’t putting in any effort to make things work, just leave him. You deserve so much better.
