Halloween is just around the corner, and your kids are probably raring to go looting for candy with their friends and classmates. Armed with their cute plastic pumpkins, they’ll be dressed in their fearsome best, enjoying the spirit of the season to the fullest. But seeing as Halloween is for children all over the world, why not take this opportunity to make it even more meaningful for your kids?

How? Well, aside from trick-or-treating for their usual sweets, you can have them go trick-or-treating for UNICEF.

Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF is a tradition that started way back in 1950s in the US and for the first time ever, it's making a run here in the Philippines. It aims to help raise money for various children-centric campaigns supported by the said organization. Parents who register their kids will be given a special UNICEF kit, which they can then use to ask for donations.
