Today is Sister’s Day—have you greeted your sister yet? If not, you should! After all, a recent study posted on PhysOrg.com suggests that having a sister helps protect you from depression. The results showed that having a sister, younger or older, “protected adolescents from feeling lonely, unloved, guilty, self-conscious and fearful.” Not convinced yet?
