Almi and Kim exchanged vows in a rustic church in Batangas. The wedding featured summery details in salmon pink, seafoam blue, and mint green.
Most of the décor used during the ceremony and the reception were created by the artsy couple. Despite the couple’s involvement in the preparations, they made sure they had fun on their wedding day. Almi tells other marrying couples, "[You must] relax and enjoy on their big day. Do not get too obsessed with every tiny detail. Always remember that all weddings are beautiful; and whatever happens, the most magical of them all will always be the one where you are the bride and the groom."
1. Place Card
Miniature paper boats with flaglets served as place cards during the occasion.
2. Bridal Bouquet
The bride carried a bouquet of baby's breath as she walked down the aisle. The handle was decorated with burlap, jute string, and lace appliqués.
3. Decor
A white gazebo adorned with flowers was set up for the couple’s reception at Club Balai Isabel.
4. Invitations
The modern invitations, which featured the wedding’s pastel palette, were designed and prepared by the couple.
5. Cake
The wedding cake was a two-tier carrot cake covered in white fondant and lace pattern design.
