"You can’t have adobo every day."

It’s a phrase that can be applied to a number of things, from the routine confines of monogamy to the fundamentals of gastronomic variety. The key message is that you can’t have too much of the same thing. It is a saying that can most certainly be applied to sex, where variety is essential.

Adding an element of “adventure” can be the key for variety so things don’t get old in between the sheets. In fact, you don’t have to be a sexpert to master these moves.
