Based on the children's novel by Michael Morpurgo, War Horse is set during World War I and tells the story of a boy named Albert and his beloved horse Joey. The two become separated when Joey is shipped to serve during the war, until Albert, adamant in getting his horse back, embarks on a mission to find him.

We have a feeling this will be a tearjerker, so have your tissues ready! War Horse is set to be released in the United States in December 2011, but may not come out in local cinemas until January 2012. Nonetheless, this will definitely be one movie kids and adults alike will enjoy.
