It's been more than a decade since Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams played Noah Calhoun and Allie Hamilton in Nicholas Sparks' The Notebook, but fans still remember the love that, as Gosling's character put it, awakened the soul and made them reach for more. And now, it's going to be adapted for the small screen.

That's right, ladies! The CW, the same network that gave us Gossip Girl, Jane the Virgin, and The Vampire Diaries, is turning the beloved novel-turned-movie into a TV series. According to Entertainment Weekly, the official logline reads: "This series will follow the romantic journey of the two beloved central characters Noah and Allie, at the outset of their blossoming relationship as they build their lives and their future together against the backdrop of the racial politics, economic inequities, and social mores of post-World War II of the late 1940s in North Carolina."

Crossing our fingers that this gets the green light! While we wait, here are a few movies, aside from The Notebook, that you might want to watch again.
