YouTube has been an almost indispensable part of the Internet since its launch in 2005, but what its founders apparently forgot to tell us was that it was just a big project to look for the best video floating around the Internet. Now, YouTube's closing down for the next ten years so an esteemed panel can review millions of videos on the site. But before you panic, keep in mind that the YouTube crew posted their announcement in time for April Fool’s Day. We’re still hoping to win that MP3 player, though!
