Thanks to the 2018 Winter Olympics, Filipinos will be granted visa-free entry to South Korea if we arrive through the YangYang airport near Pyeongchang—where the Olympics will be held, says Yonhap News Agency.
This special perk, which was also granted to Indonesia and Vietnam, is part of South Korea's campaign to boost tourism (as if we needed more convincing to pack our bags and go!).
Of course, this doesn't mean you're limited to exploring one area. This is your chance to see the rest of the country, and like some celebs we know, maybe even visit your favorite K-drama locations! So book your flight and be ready to make that 126km trip to Seoul or the 149km drive to Incheon, as well as other side trips!
