Dumaguete has been romanticized in countless works of Filipino fiction. True, it is the home of Mom Edith Tiempo’s famous writing workshops. But it is also true that there is much to see and do in Dumaguete like strolling along Rizal Boulevard or snorkeling in Apo Island. We’ve discovered a couple more spots during our stay.
