Asik-Asik Falls in Alamada, North Cotabato is a popular summer destination in Mindanao. Tourists travel all the way to the remote area of Brgy. Upper Dado to see how enchanting it is.
If you're in for an adventure, we recommend you pay this place a visit. We read on social media that it's quite challenging to see its beauty...but it's definitely worth the experience. We mean, just look at that magical view!
How to get there: You can go to Asik-Asik Falls by riding a bus going to Tacurong City. One you get in Tacurong, take a van going to Midsayap. From there, you can ride a jeepney or a habal-habal (those motorcycles that carry up to five people!) going to Upper Dado. You will then have to take a heavy-duty habal-habal to reach the jump-off point. From the jump-off point, you have to walk for about 30 minutes (depending on how fast walkers you are, hee hee) to get to the falls. (via EscapeManila.com)
