As Tubbataha is a reef, it is best enjoyed by divers who book liveaboard trips for a span of one week. There is no other way to get to Tubbataha save for a liveaboard boat trip.
When building an itinerary, you will have to choose between a transition trip or a direct trip to the park. A transition trip leaves port from Anilao, Batangas, and makes its way to Apo Reef for two days of diving and then to Tubbataha. The boat makes port in Puerto Prinsesa. The advantage of this is that you get to experience two amazing dive sites in one trip--Apo Reef and Tubbataha. You also save money as you will only need to book a return flight.
