You grab a real estate brochure and then you leaf through the pages filled with the best sales pitches: “Live in the condo of your dreams,” one might read. “Relax right in the heart of the Metropolis,” another promises. You sit down only to hear the sales guy’s spiel, just about always sounds like you’d be making an awesome deal if you’d just be willing to shell out a million or two or four.
