Good news for individuals unable to drive out and buy goods right now. Robinsons Malls has just launched its RPersonal Shopper and RDelivery programs, meaning you can now have groceries or food delivered right to your doorstep.
RPersonal Shopper is in partnership with the MyKuya app, which books the service of a personal shopper. To avail of the service, simply download the app, register, and tap on the Robinsons Malls logo. From there, you can be matched with a kuya or ate to who will go out to run errands or buy groceries for you.
There are a two payment options:
- For transactions up to P1,000, the kuya/ate can pay for the items first. Customers can pay them back when the items are delivered. The outstanding amount must be settled when the order arrives, and the service fee is automatically deducted from the registered debit or credit card.
- Your kuya/ate can pick up the payment from you or you can send your shopping money via GCash before they buy or pick up your items from the mall. Also keep in mind that there is a maximum order amount of P3,000.
RPersonal Shoppers can be tracked via the MyKuya app, and the service is available seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Manila, and Robinsons Forum are already part of the service's pilot run, and it's expected to become available in Antipolo, Cainta, Dasmariñas, San Pedro Laguna, and other areas in the near future.
Rdelivery, meanwhile, is a service that's in partnership with the Mober on-demand delivery service. A P125 for delivery fee is charged for delivery areas within a 5km radius of Robinsons Magnolia. Participating establishments include Botejyu, Buko Loco, Cinnabon, Classic Savory, Conti's, Express Sincerity, French Baker, GNC, House of Desserts, Jamaican Pattie, Jollibee, Koomi, Mary Grace, Max's Restaurant, Potato Corner, Sabroso, and The Clubhouse.
