Sofie is the youngest from the first and only litter of her late Yorkshire Terrier mom, Chanel. She was born on July 8, 2010. She was the only puppy to get majority of a Shih Tzu's traits and the only tri-colored one among the pack.
The most unique thing about her is the commands she was raised with. She was trained using Dutch words contradicting that she was named after the Queen of Spain, Queen Sofia.:)
She loves going on trips, be it to Eastwood, Tiendesitas, or long drives to the beach. Her favorite Dutch-Tagalog magic phrase to hear is: "Ga maar lekker 'sama' (pronounced as: Ka ma lekker sama!)", which means "Come on! Let's go out and have fun!" She also loves when I dress her up with matching ribbons. I really raised her to be a kikay yet sophisticated young lady.
There is never a dull moment spent with her, and everyone who knows her can attest to that. She is the kind of dog that beams with sunshine and burps out rainbows to add color to your normal day. Sofie is currently 3 weeks pregnant, and we can not wait for her puppies who will surely bring more vibrant colors to our lives.
