Doopey was born on one summer night in May 23, 2005 from Sarsi (half Japanese Spitz, half Shih Tzu) and Tobey (a pure Shih Tzu). She got her name from one of the seven dwarfs. She is the second in a brood of 3, with Grumpy as the eldest, and Sleepy as the youngest.
When people ask me who her mother is, I often take the honor and admit that I am the mom and that Doopey came out of my heart. Indeed, she is the most lovable and sweetest dog I've ever had. She is the ultimate stress-buster in our family.
She sleeps beside me in her own bed, with 2 small pillows and blanket. But Doopey is educated enough not to do her necessities in our bedroom. She will wake you up whenever she needs to take a bathroom break.
I often bring her to MOA so she can exercise. We also take her to Malate Church every October 4 for the blessing of the pets. Whenever we go out, we make sure to go out in groups so that I have someone to look after her since people will usually come up to us and admire her cuteness.
Truly, I cannot find another dog as sweet as Doopey.
