I got Bebop as an anniversary gift from my then boyfriend, now fiance. Bebop loves to play and play, and then play again. Every morning, he wakes me up at 6:30 just in time for work. And if I won't get up, he's back at my door around 7AM. He barks and scratches it to get my attention. Now that really wakes me up! That's the signal that I'm running late for work.
As I open the door, he jumps onto my bed, then pulls my hair and licks my face. And when I get up, we play for a short while (even if I'm late), then he takes a nap as I prepare for work. As I leave the house, he peeps through the door and gives me that sad face, which can tear anyone's heart apart (well, for me it works).
Then at night, as I arrive, he gets all giddy and rushes to jump onto my lap and kiss and lick my face; that's saying how much he misses me. After that, he watches if I open the refrigerator and checks if I get his pack of dog treats inside. Then I tell him, "Good boy, Bebop, good boy." He then sits and waits patiently for his treat. There are also times when I do not give him a treat. I just say, "No treat for today, Bop." Then he looks to me, waits, then plays again.
He has a favorite toy named Snoopy. Snoopy was with him when he was just 3 months old, and until now he still loves dragging Snoopy along wherever he goes, and he doesn't tear Snoopy apart.
On Sundays, I give him a bath. Then we have ice cream as his treat (dirty ice cream). He loves eating it because it's cold. He knows how to eat it from the cone without spilling or dropping anything on the floor as I hold the cone.
For me and my fiance, Bebop is our first-born baby boy.
