This home in Talisay, Negros Occidental, is a testament to the owners' way of life. While it's typical to have a lanai behind the house, the couple who owns this home decided to put theirs front and center. Upon entering, you can see a spacious, roofed area with furniture pieces oriented toward the garden. Balinese-style chairs, a long dining table, and a lounger perfectly positioned for sunning provide multiple seating options for guests. All the indoor furniture pieces have clean lines, and the boxy forms are tempered by soft cushions and velvety textures. All of these aspects contribute to the homeowners’ modern, resort-like Asian home in the heart of the Philippines' sugar country.
