With the pre-styled home and living sets found in showrooms and even department stores today, it's easy to get a bit lazy about the interior design of your home. The problem with this is that it can mean your home falls victim to the "cookie cutter" decor that may seem well put together, but just a bit bland.
Still, it doesn't take much to decorate a home so it's uniquely "you"--just a few strategically placed conversation pieces and a dash of personality by way of knickknacks and even large pieces, and you too can have a home that welcomes and interests your guests while offering your family that sort of lived-in comfort essential to good interior design.
The gallery below shows examples of how some fine furniture was used to liven up an otherwise staid or imposing living space.
The furniture is from French brand Ligne Roset, which features Red Dot Award-winning pieces from Inge Sempe, Philippe Nigro, brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, and more from its stable of over 70 designers around the world.

Ligne Roset is available at Mos Design Gallery, 3rd level Mos Design, B2 Bonifacio High Street, The Fort, Taguig City.
