Karla Estrada has been long known in the entertainment industry as a strong woman who speaks her mind and who fiercely defends her own from negativity; however, she reveals in the recent official launch of Danarra Aromatherapy Oils that her secret in successfully thriving in show business—and in life—is how she manages stress with good-naturedness, raw honesty, and a bit of humor.

Here are a few real na real lessons from the award-winning actress that can help you during times when you’re sorely in need of good vibes:

On starting the day right and being grateful

On braving traffic on a daily basis

So huwag mo nang i-se-stress ang sarili mo sa traffic because you’ll just be stressed every day ‘pag nasa kalsada ka. Ang gawin mo, manage your time.”

On dealing with toxic people in the workplace

One thing na natutunan ko is it’s okay kung hindi nila ako gusto because at the end of the day, it’s my life. Actually when you cry, ikaw lang ‘yon mag-isa, so huwag mo nang iisipin ‘yong sasabihin nila.

And kung paano mag-de-deal sa kanila is deadma.”

On stretch marks

Dalawa ‘yan. Puwede mong gawing parang ugat ng balete o ‘di kaya kidlat.

On living a stress-free life

Gawin mong maging masaya.”
