When the owner of this house decided to move out of the family home, he enlisted designer Gwyn Guanzon to decorate the space. Gwyn recommended taking the route of French Indochina, which merged European flavor with Vietnamese charm—still Asian but stylishly off-tangent.

Now the 38-sqm apartment is dressed to the nines, with every piece of furniture and accessory perfectly in place. The intimate space is enveloped in a calming sea foam green, and is peppered all around with elegant patterns and lovely décor. Dreamy and stylish, it's the perfect place to unwind.
