A home is a place in which to make memories. This particular house, however, also gives visitors a glimpse of the memories the owner has made in other places—particularly in her trips around the world. Books, magazines, and even hotel rooms (of the hip kind) were the inspiration for the decor, along with the owner's jet-setting lifestyle and love for travel and photography.

The result is something you'd expect to see in stylish Manhattan—eclectic but refined, elegant yet comfortable. Practical and timeless furnishings also take center stage; but pictures, books, and knick-knacks from all over the globe are also strewn about. It's safe to say that this home has character--and then some.
