Prior to renovation, this spacious 10-year-old townhouse looked just like any other home--it had marble floors, curved arches, and moldings that had seen better days.

With the help of interior designer Dina de los Reyes, the home went from looking dated to presenting a cleaner, more streamlined space. Reflecting the decor of tropical Asian resorts favored by the owners.
