This two-storey home merges the simplicity of Asian aesthetics and the understated luxury of modern American style. With help from architect Roland Andres, the owners stuck with fresh, contemporary designs so that their home would be able to stand up to different style changes.

The owners' love for free-flowing, open spaces is seen in the living room's double-height ceilings, and while the house's color palette is mainly in shades of gray, black, and white, it receives bursts of fire engine red by way of the accents in the kitchen.
