article_a-worthy-investment.jpgPrime location, a good master plan, and reasonable price prompted the owners of this space to purchase a condo unit as their investment. Though the couple plan to have the unit rented out, they didn’t want it to look so-so.

"It was intended to be leased out so we wanted a design that would appeal to anyone who might be looking for a rented property. We decided for a contemporary and refreshing look that is also practical," the owner says.

The couple sought the help of interior designer Kristine Neri to dress up the 50-sqm unit. When she first saw the space, she was "challenged because the unit [was] completely bare, with unfinished floors, walls, no doors, and no bathroom fixtures." Some parts also needed adjustments. "As in any other construction site, you cannot really get perfectly leveled floor or walls," adds Kristine.

Nonetheless, Kristine worked her magic on the space, creating a modern yet cozy home. Browse through the gallery to check out the interiors!
