As adults, our weekends are filled errands, but our minds and bodies would rather relax. If you aim to have a productive weekend while still getting recharged, read on.

1. Do everything you need to do outside of the house on a Saturday.

This way, you'll only be staying in on a Sunday, making you physically well-rested for the coming work week.

2. Go somewhere other than the mall.

5. Do what you love doing.

The best way to unwind and refresh is by engaging in an activity you love. You can binge-watch your favorite series, read a book, do yoga, bake a cake, do yoga, or even make your own ice cream! (Or do yoga?)
