One way to make your morning runs more fun (and challenging!) is to bring your dog along with you. It’s a win-win situation: your pet will love the exercise, while you lose the extra calories. You can take it up a notch by joining pet-friendly fun runs, like the third Pet Express Doggie Run held on March 23 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds, which saw hundreds of adorable dogs having a lot of sporty fun with their humans. Pooches of all shapes and sizes, from cute chihuahuas to regal labradors, had a great time running with their owners and enjoying the many treats in store for them afterward.
