Who says only pregnant women are allowed to crave for certain kinds of food? Everyone--even the toughest weight watchers--has a weakness when it comes to the desires of the stomach. And when a craving strikes, it hits hard, and it won't simply go away even if you do your best not to think about it. In fact, the more you try not to think about that particular dish you’re yearning for, the more you seem to want it!

So since we're on the topic, what are your top food cravings? Do you have a sweet tooth that cannot be tamed? Maybe you're the kind of person who can only be satisfied by cakes and cookies. Or are your cravings of the less common variety, like crispy bacon dipped in peanut butter?
