Happy December, everyone! It’s only a matter of weeks before Christmas, so while we begin our countdown, here’s a list of yuletide presents that will surely give you something to smile about this Monday morning!
1. The Hobbit pancakes
Did you guys catch The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug last weekend? If you haven’t, then these special pancakes ought to cheer you up! Dibs on Martin Freeman!
2. Lego Rivendell
Alice Finch’s last Lego masterpiece was an almost exact replica of Hogwarts. Her newest creation, Lego Rivendell, may be even more impressive. While we probably don’t have enough space for it at home, we wouldn’t mind taking home a Lego-las.
3. This priest calendar
According to The Huffington Post, photographer Piero Pazzi created the calendar because he wanted people to become better informed about the Vatican. The calendar features young and--dare we say--hot priests who acquiesed the request for a photo when they learned what it was for. In the spirit of Christmas, we’d love to receive a copy of this calendar, please.
4. Quirky Christmas ornaments
For those who don't want to take the holidays too seriously, here's a fun way of making Christmas more fun. Instead of the usual tree ornaments, why not look for more quirky decor? Ask your friends to help you source them!
5. Glitter bows
It's all about glitter this Christmas! Ask your Secret Santa for something glittery, and wear it proudly all month long.
