Stress is a normal part of everyday life. While it can be used constructively as a tool to motivate us into doing our best, sometimes we can’t help but succumb to it. Even the most trivial, everyday situations can tell you how capable you are of exhibiting grace under pressure. Do you keep your cool, or quickly reach boiling point? Take this quiz and find out how well you deal with stress.

We all feel pressured sometimes. Work and home stresses can get the best of you, but you don’t have to be a victim of it. Here are 3 quick tips on how you can manage stress effectively everyday without having to do much:
1) TAKE A BREATHER.
And by that, we mean literally! Take short breaks every hour, even for just five minutes--stand up, do some stretching, walk around the office just to keep your blood circulating. If you can’t even manage that, just close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply for a few moments. You’ll be amazed at how calm you feel afterward.
2) DELEGATE.
Don’t try to do everything by yourself, even if you’re a multitasker. Know your limits, and work within them. Don’t push yourself too hard to get that promotion; it’s not worth putting your health at risk.
3) HAVE FUN.
Life doesn’t (and shouldn’t) revolve around work. You need to get a life outside of it too, or else you’ll go crazy! Don’t forget to nurture your relationships with your loved ones as well, because you’ll need their support to get you through these difficult times.
