Despite the fact that crime rates tend to increase during Christmas, some people still find it in their hearts to be good Samaritans. They still want to share their blessings and give hope to the less fortunate. They know they’ve been lucky (after super typhoon Yolanda, we certainly know it), and now they want to pay it forward.

It goes without saying that one very important way we could all give back is by helping with the relief operations for the typhoon victims. Donate, volunteer, or spread awareness—these can go a long way to help others in need.

That said, paying it forward doesn’t have to be done on a grand scale (although we certainly won’t object if you do decide to start a nonprofit organization one day). Every day, you can do something to give back to society. Here are a few easy ways to pay it forward.
