Whether at work or at home, stress and worries come up when you least expect--or need--them. And sometimes, just when you think that things can't get worse, they do. But remember that dwelling on bad things doesn't do anything to make them better, so instead of succumbing to gloom and doom, why not try being positive instead? It may be a challenge, but the rewards are worth it.
