Women can orgasm in their dreams
Have you ever had a dream so steamy that you felt your whole body tingling or felt a little moist down there? Well guess what: you may have just orgasmed. According to Barbara Bartlik, MD, a psychiatrist and sex therapist in New York, women can orgasm in their sleep just like men. “These orgasms often accompany erotic dreams, but they also may occur during dreams of a non-erotic nature.”
It’s common to have several dreams in one night
We often have dozens of dreams every night, but we tend to forget them the moment we wake up. “We dream every 90 minutes throughout the night, with each cycle of dreaming being longer than the previous,” explains Lauri Quinn Loewenberg, a dream expert, author, and media personality.
