Fresh from celebrating the start of 2011, we now look forward to welcoming another new year--at least on the Chinese calendar! The year of the Metal Rabbit is just around the corner, and with that comes another round of parties, fireworks, and feasting. And it doesn’t really matter that it will happen in the middle of the week because we all welcome a reason to celebrate.
