It was Sarah Ray’s wedding day, but that didn’t stop her from fulfilling her duties as a paramedic. According to Redbook, Sarah and her husband Paul had just finished exchanging their wedding vows at a church in Clarksville when they found out that her father and grandparents were involved in a car accident. They immediately responded to the emergency–with Sarah still wearing her wedding gown!

"Anybody in the EMS field would've done the same thing," she told News Channel 5. "I don't know if what I did was special but I was in a wedding dress." Now that’s pretty heroic. Watch the report below.
