When it comes to athletic shoes, it's always a toss-up between style and function. Fortunately, Nike has added a more stylish and more lightweight member to its training shoe collection perfect for high intensity training: the Nike Free 1.0 Cross Bionic.
High intensity training is all about versatility: the female athlete jumps, squats, pushes and pulls. Each day is different. The only constant is sweat.
The Nike Free 1.0 Cross Bionic is designed to promote the balance, stability and flexibility mandated by high intensity training, and is the first Free 1.0 in Nike history.
THE NIKE FREE 1.0 CROSS BIONIC
The Nike Free 1.0 Cross Bionic is one of the most stable in the Free collection: its zero millimeter offset (the difference in height between the heel and forefoot) gives athletes a barefoot-like feel of any Nike Free, helping one remain balanced, stable and flexible. This enables one to do the most intense of workouts or the most delicate dance moves.
Other cool things about this shoe? The shoe's ultra-lightweight upper section is complemented by Nike’s dynamic Flywire technology, which wraps up from underneath the foot and integrates with the laces to provide an adaptive and stable fit. This minimizes movement inside the shoe during activities such as twist box jumps.
The shoes also features a zero-millimeter offset between the heel and forefoot which gives wearers the flexibility to do the most intense of workouts or the most delicate dance moves.
The Nike Free 1.0 Cross Bionic also enables natural motion, allowing the foot to bend, and flex. Free from distraction, one can focus on getting stronger, fitter and faster. The more anatomically shaped heel and forefoot enable natural motion for multidirectional movement.
