Kids interested in arts and crafts can sign up for painting classes under artist Welly Cuna. The schedule for kids aged 6 to 9 is on April 11, 13, 25, and 27; while classes for children aged 10 to 12 are on May 4, 9, 11, and 16.
Fans of comic books can join the comic-style drawing classes under illustrator Reno Maniquis. These classes are targeted to older children and teens aged 11 to 14. Two sets of schedules are available: April 15 and 29, and May 6, 13, and 20.
Discovery Suites’ Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco will also be holding classes for budding chefs. Classes for kids aged 6 to 9 will be on April 16, 26, 28, and May 30; while those aged 10 to 12 will have their time to shine on April 30, May 10, 12, and 20.
For water babies, basic swimming classes will be held under Rachelle Santiago. The ten 1-hour courses are scheduled on April 12, 14, 26, 28, and on May 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 and 19.
For photography enthusiasts, Menchit Ongpin will be conducting a 4-day workshop from April 11 to May 20.
The hotel also tied up with Professional Skills Enrichment Center (PROSEC) for special summer classes on Early Interactive Reading for children 7to 9 years old on April 11, 13, 25, 28 and May 2; Spread Reading and Study Skills on April 26 to May 19; and Speed Reading on April 12 to May 3.
