Mandarin Oriental, Manila's Paseo Uno restaurant takes guests on a culinary trip to the Lion City from November 19 to 25, via the cuisine of renowned Singaporean master chef Eric Cheam, the Executive Sous Chef from Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Chef Eric, together with Chef de Partie Nelson Lim, will showcase delicious Singaporean favourites that will be incorporated into Paseo Uno’s lunch and dinner buffets, including Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chili Crab, Singapore Fish Head Curry, Hokkien Prawn Noodle Soup, Gula Melaka Sago, and Almond Pudding with Longgan, among others. The buffet starts at P 1,880, while the Luxury buffet, available for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and Lunch on Sundays, starts at P 2,380.

For those who wish to bring the Singaporean flavors home with them, Chef Eric will hold a cooking class on Saturday, November 24 at 9:00 a.m. to teach participants how to prepare authentic Chili Crab, Bak Kut Teh, and Cheng Teng. The class fee is P 3,500, inclusive of a three-course lunch and a light breakfast preceding the session.
